While this property has separate suites, you can accommodate your large extended family by booking the entire Barbara’s guesthouse, which will give you access to five gorgeous bedrooms.  

With a full-sized kitchen featuring all the modern amenities, when you book the whole house (3 bedrooms or 5 bedrooms) you’ll have access to the whole kitchen so you will have the option to enjoy cooking produce from the local farmers market or you can wander into town, with all Byron’s best restaurants within walking distance. 

You’ll feel world’s away sitting on the spacious back deck surrounded by plush greenery. And with a large dining setting and comfy outdoor lounge and daybed to accommodate all guests, you’ll never have to leave! There is also fans, heaters and sun shades to make the area welcoming all year round. 

There is also a hot outside shower nestled among the trees, perfect to wash off after a day at the beach, with Main Beach an easy 10-minute stroll away. 

Three bedrooms have an ensuite, while the remaining two have access to a gorgeous, renovated main bathroom. There is also a brand new smart TV, split system air-conditioning and ceiling fan in each room.  

The front bedroom has a king bed (which can be split into two singles upon request), three bedrooms have queen beds, while the final room has two single beds (which can be combined to make a king bed upon request) 

If you would like exclusive use of the full property, please enquire about adding on our other suite The Loft – a  modern, self-contained studio next to the house with private access from the back garden. Combined, these offerings give you 6 bedrooms, all with ensuites, making it the perfect location for up to 12 guests.
