Positioned in the heart of Byron Bay, Barbara's is the ideal location for your beach holiday. The perfect balance between convenience and tranquility, explore town with ease on foot from this central location.  

This stylishly curated home blends the charm of a timber cutters cottage with contemporary amenities and conveniences.  You will find 3 bedrooms, all with ensuites perfect for large families or couples travelling together. 

Despite being located just 200 metres from town, you’ll feel world’s away sitting on the spacious back deck surrounded by the plush greenery of the immaculately maintained garden. And with a large dining setting and comfy outdoor couch to accommodate all guests, you’ll never have to leave! There is also fans, heaters and sun shades to make the area welcoming all year round. 

With a full-sized kitchen featuring all the modern amenities, when you book the whole house (3 bedrooms or 5 bedrooms) you’ll have access to the whole kitchen so you will have the option to enjoy cooking produce from the local farmers market or you can wander into town, with all Byron’s best restaurants within walking distance.  

There is also a hot outside shower nestled among the trees, perfect to wash off after a day at the beach, with Main Beach an easy 10-minute stroll away. You can also shower under the stars if you can draw yourself away from one of the property’s immaculately renovated bathrooms. 

You can also spend your afternoons on the swinging chair in the back garden, lovingly called Ólive’s Place after the owner’s late mother who would’ve loved nothing more than curling up in that spot with a good book.

Each room features its own ensuite as well as brand new smart TV, split system air-conditioning and ceiling fan. The front bedroom has a king bed, which can be split into two singles while the remaining two bedrooms have queen beds ( you can also add another twin/king bedroom at additional cost) 

If you would like exclusive use of the full property, please enquire about our other suites - The Verandah and The Loft. Combined, these three offerings give you 6 bedrooms, all with ensuites, making it the perfect location for up to 12 guests.
